SERMON SUMMARY:
Pride has a funny way of making us dependent on the very things we think we're gaining independence from. In the end, pride leads us to indifference. It's not that we don't care, but rather that nothing/ no one really matters outside of ourselves. This is what Jesus confronts in His final letter to the church.
